Editorial Policy and Advice to Authors

Editorial policy

Palimpsestes is published once a year by the Presses de la Sorbonne Nouvelle (PSN). Each issue is devoted to a particular theme and the theoretical framework behind the theme is outlined by the editor of the issue in question, with the help and advice of the members of the editorial board.

Advice to authors

Recommendations

The article (in French or English) should deal with the theme outlined for the issue in hand. Articles should be between 30,000 and 50,000 characters in length.

Two electronic versions should be forwarded (one of these should be anonymous) to the review, together with three hard copies (two of these should be anonymous). The article should be accompanied by a separate sheet including 3 to 5 keywords, a short biography/bibliography of the author (300 to 800 characters) and the contact details of the author to the following address:

Professeur Christine Raguet
Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3
Institut du Monde Anglophone
5, rue de l'École de Médecine
75006 Paris
craguet@wanadoo.fr

Each article will be assessed by at least two readers who may suggest modifications and who will give their opinion before the manuscript is prepared. The manuscript will then be presented to the reading committee of the PSN for another evaluation.

Format

Information about norms and format of articles are available at the PSN website.
